Here is a feel good story.

Sure, and if your friends jumped off a bridge, would you jump too?
I feel good now ! I’ve seen those battery powered locos. Thought of buying one and laying track, but was vetoed by SWMBO.

As a matter of fact I would. I have jumped off many bridges. But I am usually am the one jumping first with friends in tow. I kinda look for bridges I can jump off of.
rubber-band jumping? gives me the shivers…
Devon, I was just throwing a momism at you, since you did a “isn’t everyone doing it”.
I never really understood that momism. I would do what my friends were doing because it was fun. When they started doing things that could hurt them, I stood back and played spectator, and laughed at them. So, no, of course I would not jump off a bridge, just because my friends were doing it, duh!
I w
have been on a backyard railroad page on facebook and have been watching his build log. Funny thing at first he just trew down gravel and laid the track, but everyone was telling j
him the old grass would make it unstable, so he dug it up and laid the pavers and roadbed properly. nice setup.
No never rubber band jumped. I want too but for far to long I was too heavy. I might be at a safe weight now to do it. All my bridge jumping has been into water. I want to try skydiving as well at least once. Same issue as before I was to heavy actually was told one time I would need a cargo chute That’s kind of an eye opener. I think I still need to drop a few pounds yet before I can tandem free fall jump.
