Getting close to that day. Are there any plans for running trains ? I may need to alert the cupcake people of a time and date they will be needed
I suppose if anyone’s interested, my place will be open…
As much as I have enjoyed running on the various railroads in the area I will be heading home by Saturday at the latest.
Wish I could stay Sunday but also heading home Saturday. Have to work Sunday grrrrrrr.
AndyC, the wives and I will be heading home Sunday via Ken’s. AndyC is driving, so Jan and I are just along for the ride.
Doug, Paul and Stu are stopping by here on Thursday on their way to York. So I’ll be missing the tour at the EBT with you guys.

and he wonders why he never gets any money… (shrug)
Just discovered that I can use my abundant Mileage Plus miles to pay for the hotel. Might be able to swing a 2-night stay if it’s not too late to book.
So if you swing the 2 night stay for your abundant mileage, does that make you a swinger?

Edit cause I forgot the smiley
I guess so. Reservation made. 2 Nights in the Red Roof cost as many miles as round trip to LA. But it’s worth it to annoy you guys. I probably could have gotten in to the Holidome, but it was a blind bid deal and way more miles.
I like that smiley. Much better than big blue (http://www.freethoughtnation.com/components/com_comment/joscomment/emoticons/funny/images/smile.png)
Oh, yes! Does that mean the old smileys are back? Hooray!
Looking forward to meeting you in the alcove or Fred’s whoop-up, or wherever the gods decide…
I’m gonna try a smiley here, see what happens…

Well sounds as you guys will have a good weekend, Little snow in the forecast for Wed and Thurs but nothing too awful. Have fun and this time can some of you take pictures for us
that cant attend.
Thanks
Nick
Unless a storm pushes up the Ohio River Valley, our St. Louis area weather usually makes it to the York, Philadelphia, New Jersey area a couple of days later. We have nothing predicted out of the 30’s and 40’s through next Tuesday. Sounds like a cold week, so might as well come to the show at York.
