….Great to see you all had a good time, in the spirit of “Drag & Brags” of the past.

I’d like to be introduced to “Ray” from Toronto, if someone could send me a way of communicating with him…PLEASE.

I’m sure I know the person on the left in the second picture…refresh my memory, with his name…please.

Thank you Cliffy, for your pictures and report.

You bet, Fred. John is the guy you’re referring to I think. He says he’s been to your place a few times. John’s from Burlington, Ray’s from Hamilton. I’m afraid that’s all I know; but they’ve been coming to the D&B for 3-4 years now.

Great job on the trip report Cliff!

thanks for getting those items for me, where would we be without our enabler buddies??

Thank’s Ken for taking the “outhouse” with the show canceled was not sure who I would see then I saw you wish I could have talked more but had a member that wanted to be on the road by noon and I had a bunch of cars on his mods to get off.

Richard B.

Oh was a long ride from Ma. so you may have house keeping check inside don’t think any TP left.

Thank you, Cliffy…I remember him now, and have him in my address book…probably also Ray…

Fred

Looks like a few had a good time in spite of the issues. Assuming the same hotel is chosen as the “show” hotel next year and the atrium is a possible location for the D&B it might be wise to find out in advance how the hotel would react to a bunch of folks showing up with coolers of adult beverages and drinking in what I assume is a public space, just saying .

Good points, Gary. The atrium is where they normally have their bar I think, so drinking’s not a prob, but I’d expect bringing your own would be.

Great pictures and report of the event. See, it can happen and a good time, also. Yes, there will be stories told about this one.(http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

Well, that was the shortest show I’ve ever attended. Literally 3 hours long. Somehow, I still ended up buying something…

Joe, what did you get?

Looking forward to the train show. It is the first one since they pulled down the one in Perry, GA. I have had a chance to go to.

Sorry to learn the show had to close. Hope they will try again. Our great niece’s wedding did go through, even though there were over five hundred guests at the ceremony (actually that was less than the RSVP count, as several cancelled just before the weekend). Just got back last evening, and am really tired. Drove every day for four days, although Saturday and Sunday were not 500 miles.

Best, David Meashey
