Jon, we started doing the breakfast buffets at the hotel… Last years breakfast buffet was quite good… and it’s free, more bucks for trains… Now that we’re a couple of ““Shyster”” lawyers, we need to keep everything on the ““Cheap””… (Except our bills to clients, of course)…

There is a full breakfast at the Holiday Inn (The Holidome) incuded in the price…and that hotel is the cosest to the show. It is where the “PARTY” is usually held, and if you enjoy a bheer or three, with friends, you won’t need to risk driving after, if you stay there.
I’m NOT promoting over indulgence, but it is nice to not risk driving after enjoying one’s self, even after practising MODERATION.
Having a few bheers with friends, is part of the Party, although enjoying an iced tea, coffee, or pop is just as good for some people. It’s always YOUR CHOICE.

$89 a night including a FULL breakfast, is not too “High Fallutin” when you split two ways…and it’s the closest hotel to the show…so you save on fuel, and if you care for a refreshment you don’t have to risk driving…

Kevin I haven’t attended one (Live on the west coast) but it’s an opportunity to get together with fellow LSCer’s, have a few beverages, ‘Drag’ along your latest build or model and ‘Brag’ about it. I would love to go to one, a wealth of knowledge sitting around the table there. All of them experts in what they do in our hobby.

Hey Randy, you don’t have to travel back east to sit around and shot the bull with a bunch of LSC guys. Come down to Spokane or Coeur d’Alene it’s alot closer and you’ll have just as much fun.
