Dave, Sounds like Sunday is going to be at your house, if you still want us. I always figure if Ken says its a go, it means he cleared it with Andy and I'm just one of the drivers. ;-) Will this include a guided tour of the old railroad stuff of Mechanisburg? Partial to old stations and stuff.
Like I said you guys are more than welcome. I'll see what I can do about getting into the museum structures that day but I'm sure it is do able if you wish and have the time. We don't have to run and could just make it historic tour of Mechanicsburg/surrounding area's if you guys want, your the guest so the ball's in your court? Just need a head count for lunch . Area code is 17055 if you want to mapquest it. So far Ric Dad Ken (the leader) Ralph Dave M

Bruce,Bob,Shawn,Bart,Jon? (your all welcome)

P.S> I knew Ken was the leader (he says not but you can tell by that glare in his eye)

Andy,
He says Dad right there under Ric
But you would think Dad would top the list
Ralph

Ralph, I must be getting old… I missed that…

Ole rockin chair’s got meeeeeeeeee…

David,
Both Andy and myself come with spouses, so that total is 4. For my choice the main reason for coming is to see your railroad. Don’t worry about things like rain, snow or unbearable heat, we are adaptable. Tours of the Community are secondary. Food should not be a real priority, either. Though welcome, pointing and joining us at a local sports bar is also a great solution. Keep it simple and enjoy. No stressin and strainin over train people coming, we can’t see past the tracks, anyway.

I still haven’t committed for the overnight on Friday. If I do, I suppose I’ll make a weekend of it since your place is on my way home, almost.

We too are planning the trip home for Sunday…will have to see…

Ric,
Already figured the better half in and I want to serve lunch if make your own sandwiches with the fixin’s are OK(sorry Ken no Halloween cupcakes as it will be March). The RR isn’t anything special , it is 2 seperate loops with no switches (yet) but you can see (in person) the infrastructure of the CVRR, visit her shops and hear about future plans. Will try to accomidate best as possible even for Ralph! Hell we may still be buried in snow by then!

P.S…Requesting the buggy to run here and and Dad can bring whatever he want’s as we have the motive power to pull it. Autoracks on the viaduct and deck truss would be bitchin!
Ken …swing by and pick up Fred for me!

Thinking about it. How far are you from York? It would be Jean and I…

Cool.
Party at Rooster’s
I’ll probably be traveling solo. Wife will be working. My brother is perpetually broke.
I invited Cale to ride along, but I doubt he’ll be able to get away from the family and business.
Ralph

The buggy runs most everywhere we go. That’s how it got so beat up. By the way it does haul those cute “Pullets” your partial to.

About 1/2 hr north and your more than welcome!

Ric,
I love that buggy!

We will in all likelyhood have a FULL day of travel, to make it home on Sunday…and we have to keep the weather in mind…weather also dictates, whether we get there or not…

That did it. A party has been declared, I can't resist. Booked a room for Friday & Saturday nights. I'll be slummin at the Red Roof and paying for the weekend what you guys at the HI Express are paying for 1 night.

Dave - Unless things change put me on the list

D’oh. Just checked the calendar. Can’t make it. Sorry about that.

Bruce;

Does thias mean you are not going to York, or is it just this party after, that you can’t attend ?

Oh, I’ll be at York, Fred. I’m planning on the drag and brag on Friday night! I just have to leave sometime Saturday.

Looking forward to seeing all you guys at York! I’m very excited about this and it sounds as if it’s gonna be a great year for attendance of the LSC crew at ECLS

I won’t be doing the D&B but would love to see you guys in Drag and then Brag. Bet Andy win’s best outfit as he has in the past!
Bruce sorry you cannot attend the NOW called (thanks to Ralph) “Party at Roosters” but your always welcome.

OK keeping head count for my reference and changed the order to put “Dad” at the top of the list where he can see it!

Dad + wife
Ric + wife
Ken (the leader)
Ralph + hand
Dave M
Jon + wife and dog

I think you need to take off your shoes Dave.
