What ya’ thinking Boomer?
Why not build one. It doesnt get any cheaper then that.
The Pola and Piko stations are different, the Piko Grizzly Flats/Red River stations are identical except for color, they are specifically modeled after Ward Kimball’s office/station from his 1:1 backyard Grizzly Flats railroad and originally was a stage set for a Disney movie.

The Pola is more generic “Colorado” style station and is a bit larger.

The Aristo is an even more generic “anywhere” station

Personally I like the Piko much more
Apart from looks, Pola buildings are also heftier i.e. the wall thickness is more than PIKO’s. I don’t have any of the PIKO buildings, but I was mighty impressed with the sturdy POLA walls on the two buildings I have. FWIW I also read on the German fora that PIKO’s have warping problems.
All three are completely different models.
With Pola being the largest of the three.
Oh and the Pola station is called Silverton station, not Durango. Hopefully that will help you find it easier.
Unfortunately, most of the Pola (US line) is tough to find now. With Silverton station being one of, if not the toughest to find.
Here’s what the Pola Silverton station looks like on my layout:
I have one of those Piko stations and it is built very strong. I bought it used for $10. I have always had a fondness for the pola victorian station but WOW the price!
I hear what you are saying Boomer about building your own taking years. I have been spending a lot of time building switches for my new yet to be built expansion yard and at this point it would have been smarter to get a few side jobs to earn the money and just buy the switches.
Sometimes it is easier to buy it and plunk it down on the RR and DONE!
