DRUM SEARCH

Does anyone know of a source of these plastic drums. They are 2 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 in diameter. The rack was hand built and the lid and valve are from Ozark Min’s. All we are looking for are more of the drums.

We’d appreciate any leads. Thanks, Bob

Bob,
I’m pretty sure you can find drums here: http://www.larrygscale.com/servlet/StoreFront

Who, you? Did you get Greg’s permission to beat his dead horse  Ralph

Bob, as I replied but the reply was dropped, the drum comes from Ozark Miniatures. The top cap does to, it is a Smoke Box Ash Cleanout. I did not find the valve assembly, but it may be there also.
Ron

The valve assembly may be the boiler check and stop valve.

Hi Bob,

Check with Clem at Warrior Run Loco Works 570-735-5570. Last time I was in his store He had them

Chuck

Bob, those look like the old LGB plastic barrels that came with, oh, I forget what kind of car. I may have some buried in a box here somewhere. If you’re interested, I’ll take a look.

Later,

K

Bob,

Check SierraValleyEnterprises.com Gary Watkins shows barrels in 20.3 both hollow and solid and 7/8N2 hollow barrels.

Well Dave,
That obviously doesn’t apply in this situation.
He’s a Rooster, not a skunk
Ralph

Kevin,
Have a look and let me know if you do have some, I am interested.
