I’ve been a professional lurker here for the most part, but haven’t seen this site mentioned.

The author has some really nice pics - and nice qualtiy with captions.
I hope this isn’t old news.

Neat!
Thanks for posting the link. It’s new to me and I enjoy the photos.

I was weeping at the end of this trip down memory lane! Outstanding!
Thank you John for the link. This is the finest collection of late D&RGW narrow gauge photos I have ever seen in one place. Fully the equal of those of Fred Jukes from an earlier era.
Nice site John. Certainly my first time seeing it. And welcome aboard.
A wonderful site. Thank you!
Steve
Welcome aboard! What a great set of photos!
Great photos. Thanks for posting.

Those are great pictures, John. And welcome!
Makes one wish for a time machine! And the scary part I was around then and did not know all that was going on, my loss. Thank you very much for the address of the site, and I like Andy Moore I was near tears after viewing those pictures. Now I need to get the pictures my father took in '52 and '53 when we were there. One year rode the Goose west and the next the Silverton run!

Thanks to all for the warm re-welcome. I get so much help and inspiration from folks on this site - I’d like to try to contribute, too.
