For those of you that planned to attend Doug’s open house next Saturday, it has been cancelled.
Doug had to have surgery on his foot and wife Sara asked if I could drop a note real quick to the group.

Well since he’s laid up we could always go swipe his rosemary …I believe he said he was up too like 48 or 50 plants…no wait, potted plants I believe.

I’m home now to watch the pots! Now if the hole in my foot will just heal up.
I may not be able to work on the layout for awhile but I have plenty of projects to keep me busy from my chair.
Doug, glad to hear you’re at least home, now let the healing begin. I ran a paneling nail through the bottom of my foot last August. Really didn’t heal I think, till the next Febr. or March!! I didn’t or couldn’t afford to go to the doctor, so don’t know if the problem I have had after that are related, but have just started feeling better this Sept. So hope your recovery is speedier than mine was!! Regal
Oh if ya can run a few trains, that will help the healing process quicker!! LOL
