Got to meet with Geoff George and Victor Smith so between visiting with them and the dealers I’ve gotten to know I didn’t spend too much money! In fact I think my wife spent more. She’s going to make a train-themed lao quilt!
Doug, did you go to this train show yesterday or today? What can you tell us about it? Was there much of an attendence?

I was there on Saturday.
I thought attendance was good and people were spending money!
Dealers I visited with were Bruce from Colorado Scale Models, John Poole from Upland Trains and Jon from Electric & Steam Modelworks. I think they were all happy.
I think the show was good for visitors because there were lots of portable layouts plus the Fairplex Garden Railroad was operating. There were also clinics.
Hey Doug, did you ever try to phone me yesterday? My cell was on. We left about 2 pm. Sorry I missed you. We can try it again sometime. Next time I go up to the cabin maybe I can stop by and see your layout.
It looked to me like a well attended show and lots of bargains.
