Yes possibly I suppose but not exactly from what is documented. However Santa Fe traded a good bit for them locos and when you went to the now defunct ECLSTS at York you could possibly see some of the CF-7’s that Santa traded with Amtrash running as York Rail on the old Ma and PA line.
