I read about that derailment on the Trains.com forum apparently some gold plated jerkhole left the stump on tracks intentionally, not once but twice.

Tin plating only applies to lower ranking run of the mill a-holes, to be Gold plated, you have to reach the upper eschelons of true a-holiness. Kinda like Scientology :wink:
