the first soldier to get the boot was Jack the p… but seems, that even as a civilian he does not change his habits. here he is, hanging around with the boys, waiting that the seamstresses open shop. that is one of the advantages to stay indoors: i can paint my figures with simple watercolours. tomorrow i’ll get a can of cheap hairspray, that will fix the colours enough for occasional handling of the figures. and mistakes are easy repaired. (looking at the pic, i think i have to paint the trousers of the two in the middle also. they are too shiny)
