Delrin acetyl gear wanted

Anyone have a selection of these gears in their parts bin? I need an 8 tooth, 0.1227 pitch gear to repair one of my 7/8ths critters. I can buy one from several places, but they’re only about a buck and a half, so thats not really an option with shipping. Hoping one of you guys has one.

You have permission to raid my train shed and take what you wish …I’ll leave the door open.

3D print one like these:

These?

what these are those?

Invisible gears, never show wear, very lightweight.

And relatively frictionless too. (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

Dick must be on vacation… like our emoticons…

Tee hee. Bunch of comedians! LOL. I just couldn’t figure out how to get the png file from my computer to this website. I’ll try again, but no guarantee.

Bob - I just finished up making a gear for a buddy’s 1968 Cadillac cruise control using Delrin and it worked very well - we designed it using this program

I imported that design into CorelDraw and exported it to the Laser Cutter

If you can design what you need and give me the outside diameter and the diameter of the central hole I can give it a try - the material I have is 1/8" thick

Thankd David. I ended up with an order from SDP, since I needed a driveshaft for my Berlyn Goose, and a couple other bits.

What SDP part number did you order?

Did it, does it fit?

Bits?

For the goose, too?

I thought one used bits for horses.
