So , a little while back , I mentioned the non delivery of a paid-for item , and asked for sugestions as to how to proceed ,it being an American company .
I am happy to tell you that the company concerned has refunded the money in full . No argument , ifs or buts , a full refund .
I have been asked not to advertise the company , which is a pity , because it puts it up there with “those who can be trusted” .

Those who followed that long running saga know exactly who it is.
And if they weren’t very careful before, it is to be hoped that they’ll order a barge pole first, rather than the item in question!
