DCC Sound Question

Since I’ve been rolling my own sort of controls, I never really thought to ask this question- is there a DCC sound unit that I could interface to an Ardunio sort of microcontroller? In effect, send the DCC commands from the micro via bit banging or serial or whatever, into the sound controller? If so, would it operate at standard logic levels (5v) or would I have to somehow bump that up to track voltages? Just wondering.

Phoenix sound units and even the 6500x LGB sound units are DC and DCC.

These do work from track power. These do work from track voltages.
