I think them bringing back the Dash 9 is probably the smartest move they could make as a large scale manufacturer.
It is the most sought after large scale diesel on EBay and every other selling group of large scale trains.
They have one shot to produce something that will sell and I think they picked the right horse to run with.
Not gonna argue but there are still masters out there to mold Amtrak …Just saying …scale matters not anymore as I have been saying it for years !
My local shop has a MTH Gauge 1 Dash 8 in Amtrak
Im a big fan of supporting the hobby to help it grow, or at least to get new or reissue stock out there . So I am saving up and will probably get one. Like some others, I kind of wish they would do an SP or even an undecorated model
