For the past 3 days I’ve been working on converting one of my 3 Bachmann Climaxes to Blunami 4408 and battery power. I got it all wired up today and tested. I’m waiting until the speaker I order to arrive this coming Monday to button the remainder up. As much as I tried I was unable to put the Blunami, wiring and battery all in the bunker so I moved the battery to a trailing car.

The speaker arrived yesterday so i was able to button up this project. I had a spare LGB shorty tender that I put the battery in. I am going to paint it black this weekend. I think it doesn’t look have bad behind the Climax. Everything is working as expected except the flicker box and the cab light. But I can live with that. It was a fun project and I learned a lot!
