I noticed today that my LGB engines contact shoes a worn down pretty good. I have the engine from the value start set. Does anyone know were I can get some replacements. Ridge rd use to have them but not anymore.

Shawn,
This might be a good time to wire it up to draw power from the wheels. You could use the loco and/or the tender you built.

I was thinking about doing that. How hard is it to do?

FWIW, Massoth makes the official replacements, and can be sourced from Massoth USA,.

It's not hard at all if you can solder. Ralph
