Well, the time has come to liquidate what I don’t need.

I purchased twin Bachmann 2-8-0 “Connies” in order to acquire the drives I need for my AG-2 “Garratt” planned build. I have now decided that I need neither tender.

Both are lettered for the “Yellow Pine Lumber Co.”:

One tender has only the brake wheel missing, the other is missing the brake wheel and the front truck is broken, though it will be included in case its repairable.

To ensure the trucks aren’t further damaged in shipping, they will be removed from the frame and separately bubble-wrapped for shipping.

I’m thinking $110 for the non-busted one, $85 for the one with the broken truck. I am rather hesitant to mention prices here, as I don’t want to price out any potential buyers. If you have any need for one or both of these, please feel free to make an offer. Either way, if you want both, I’ll give you a discount. Shipping is actual cost, I pony up for tracking & insurance.

Need any parts of the engine? Let me know. I’m only going to need one boiler assembly, so the other is going to be parted out. Only thing off limits are the headlights. Though if you REALLY need one, make me an offer. I can always buy more Aristo ones for my projects.

J.D. what might you be asking for the none used boiler minus the headlight?

Dan, at the moment I’ve sold one boiler already. I am having second thoughts as to the utility of the remaining boiler for my build. IF it becomes available, I will let you know.

Et al: Both tenders and the surplus cab/boiler structure have been slated out. If anythgin changes I’ll post here.
