This gets me to a login page. I log in, then it shows me my (short) list of friends, but I don’t see anything about confirming a request, or the new friend.
Uh, Bob? You move questions but don’t answer them?
You should be able to go into your profile and see your pending friend requests there, too.
That’s where I would have thought to find them…

Click where it says “0 updates.”
There I found a list of 2 friend requests. Click below where it says “view all updates.”
That gets to a display with an Accept button on the right side.
