Thanks David, I try my best.
Doc Watsonâs railings are beautiful, but we did find a slightly easier way for EBT #20.
Alan at GAL lasered the curly bits and I made a brass frame.
As always, beautiful work Doc! The gold leaf stenciling is over the top! So you guys got me looking at the basic âreal brassâ railing I made. Now mind you mines only got spots of CA cause itâs all press fitted as I couldnât decide how far I wanted to go with it but I can add to it in the future pretty easilyâŚlolâŚ
My main issue in looking at my old pics⌠I donât remember off the top of my head where I put the damn switches for the different lights (yaâ know depending on the mood and setting). I know where the 9v is located , so now Iâm gonna have to dig it out and look this weekend.
This is all Stanâs fault!
Iâd say your railing is pretty darn good. I do miss Stan.
Had to look that up.
Heâll be at NELSTS, maybe you can come? All of us who are going would love to see you again.
You could bring any of your cars or locos to the Drag n Brag, and make some of us wonder what weâd been doing with our lives, haha!
Wrong Stan Cliff - Stan Cedarleaf RIP
I missed that, sorry guys.
Stan Cedarleaf was âa prince of a guy,â as my dad would say. And I would too.
Sorry I wonât be able to make it again. My wife requires much needed care these days and that greatly reduces my ability to travel. I really miss the shows with you guys.
