I don’t find it too bad. But if it were toned down a little it would be better.
Toned it down a lot. It was the standard ‘yellow paper’ color that I use on the site, but I dropped its intensity by about 75%.
Working on the look of the forums a bit, so if things appear and disappear today, thats why!

Well, of course it ONLY shows up with VistaSucks™. On my XP computer, no lines.
I also see it on the forum list screen…well, everywhere, I guess.
Wacky… an errant Anchor style tag… found it, I think…
