Apologies for the mid-jack, but every so often I realise I’ve completely missed the point — which inevitably sends me off to investigate what’s actually being discussed, particularly when a full brood of bovofaecologists have assembled.
A quick reverse image search led me to a possible reference to William H. Taft.
That, in turn, uncovered this set of propaganda posters and an accompanying backstory, although I suspect Cliff and Rooster are really the ones who should be supplying the authoritative version.

I am beginning to wonder if you are only coming here just for the education? If that is the case a degree in Poultry Science from LSC is not like the one that you pay for at a university. Why, because it’s free here but the only catch is you never graduate.

But Cliff, it need not/shouldn’t be…, A.W.N.U.T.S. (the theme) means “Always Whimsical, Not Usually To Scale”. You can claim the chicken is any scale you want and it still fits right in.
