Class 66 loco’s are Euro-Diesels. In this case they are “G” scale sold by Bachmann of Europe and last I heard never intended for import to the states. I wanted one of these but buying in Europe and importing made them very cost prohibitive. Certainly not everyone’s “cup o’ tea” but perfect for what I want. What complicates thinks is these are actually made by Aristo, and imported in Europe by Bachmann. Makes for a real “Franken-train”. Only thing holding me back is the scale/size. I hear they look small pulling LGB Euro rolling stock.

I am not sure what scale these are built to, but remember the British loading gauge is tiny by US standards, so any UK loco appears small pulling US or European rolling stock.
