Large Scale Central

Christmas/Holiday trains

I could always send my ex over to help tend them African Violents,…she’s already managed to kill a Christmas Cactus, several Wandering Jew plants, Jacob’s Ladder and Ivy

Jon it sounds like you need a bigger loop of track

Ok. I will get pictures of the trains this weekend when its not raining or snowing on me and to dark to take a picture. Till then you can go to my website and get live video of the lights. 5 to 10 Central time. that is untill it all crashes againon me.

outside lights 140,000 on five houses all run by my computer and set to music. three trains run outside when the weather lets me.

Better your electric bill, than mine! ;)

Geoff is a “gazzillionaire” didn’t ya know??? the Regal

That is amazing Geoff.

And a Merry Christmas to you and yours!

I give Geoff a big thumbs up on his lights. Dueling Banjos is great  We’ve been going to the same tree farm in Cooley Springs,SC for 10 years. Trees were $10 then. This year they were $5 a foot and my daughter picks out an 8 foot tree :o I’m still in negotiations over ROW for a train. Imagine, they want to put packages under the tree. What are they thinking? Not as long as the elfs keep pluging and unplugging the lights will work

A few shots of a local Christmas display I help set up. W@ish I could convince them to do large scale instead of Lionel for the layout. This is the second year and it was kinda neat adding my local structures to the theme this year. I understand a few individuals have already asked where these were purchased?? Daahh…

Well, we are not setting up the Chrismtas layout this year as my wife ended up in emergency and an extended stay in the hospital 2 weeks ago. She is healing well but things were very touch and go for a couple days. She has no stamina and really could not fathom us putting up the Christmas layout this year. So here are picture slideshows and videos from last years layout. Enjoy and have a terrific holiday season. And remember just how fragile we all are…
