Charlie Brown's first week end in january 2010!

Charlie Brown spent the week end working!
Snow fell and he was called out!
He was lucky-- he didn’t have to dig out any thing this time!

This stuff is so much fun!!!

Running trains in the snow is great. We got another 2 inches today but 50+ MPH winds and blowing snow kept me by the wood stove all day.

Great Video’s Sean!
That equipment has NO problems moving the snow, I’m impressed. Here in the Elbow we received 4" of the WHITE STUFF yesterday and so far today we have received another 4" of the WHITE STUFF and it is still coming down. I guess it is called OCEAN EFFECT SNOW. If my health contnues to improve I hope to see you in Springfield.

Nice video and Nice pic in GR Sean.

Nice video. loved the snow blower! How long did it take you to build? what did you use for motor and blades?

Cool vids Sean. How come Snoopy got the day off?

The CVSRy plow crew called in sick after opening the line on Friday. Unpredicted snow fall both Saturday and Sunday along with high winds. Drifts are now close to 12 scale feet and a rotary is only an idea on the drawing board. Not sure we will see rail before spring :frowning:

In other news, the live steam crew is busy cleaning and painting old #2. Rumor is they plan a winter run if the line can be opened.

got the new GR yesterday, while flipping thru noticed the “blue” train and immediately knew whose it was! Nice shot in mag and vids to boot!

Forgot to renew my subscription. The envelope with the check in it has been here on my desk for a long time.
Guess I’ll have to pick up this issue at a hobby shop.

Nice photo in GR Sean. I recognized the plow before I rad the caption. That was neat !

My GR subscription expired a while ago. My mail man must have felt sorry for me, he dropped one off yesterday without an address label
