Large Scale Central

Challenge 2 Eddie Taylor

I don’t have alot of spare parts lying around, so I started out by going to the family dollar store and got a small battery operated truck. I am trying my hand at building a small Inspecter car.

I began by tearing the truck apart. I found some wheels from a new bright box car I had.

I started out with the body. I had some styrene and brass wire I used for the seat bases.

The seats were made of magic sculp. The lantern was made using the plans from a back issue from GR 1994. However, instead of using the rivet they used; I used a red fauceted bead so it looks like red glass.

So here is what I came up with for the finished car. The conductor is a young Indiana Jones figure with some more magic sculp added to him and then painted.

nice. I like it.

Very cool.

With padded seats no less…must be the “luxury” version…

Looking good except you for got the wind shield. Later RJD

Like the materials used…The Dollar store rocks!
