Can I transfer picture’s that I have uploaded to Albums, across to the Freight sheds ? Or have to re upload all again?

You will need to upload again.
However, you can post pictures from Albums in a thread without putting in the Freight Shed. When displaying the pic look at the bottom of the album page for the URL. Copy that and post as normal.
