Cab interior for my Zephyr

My Zephyr did not have a cab interior, with the big windows, I thought it needed one, so once I got my new lights in from Richmond Controls, I got to work: 1st step was figuring the size/location.

I used pix from a Zephyr book I have and from pix I took of the real thing in Chicago a few weeks ago.

About done, a few rough spots, but should look fine thru the window. May have to make my own engineer, the Z is 1/32nd scale.

I had great fun making this!

Nice, looks great. I know the Flying Yankee restoration website has some great picks on the interiors, might help if you plan to paint it and want to get the colors right. Later vic

Jerry, I admire your perspicacity.

Gee thanks Steve, had to look that up though! Thought it was good, but was not sure. Plan to do the same to the observation car, took pix of the real one in CHicago. Jerry
