C’mon fellas, who can forget the immortal classic of the cinematographer’s art, “The 27th Day,” which, and don’t ask me how I remember this, I watched on a local late night television station running really old sci-fi movies (channel 2), back when there actually was a late night stations that stayed on the air after all the good stations signed off around eleven or so (but channel 2 stayed on only on Friday and Saturday night I think).

It’s called a deuce coupe because of the year, 1932. So yes, " 1932 deuce" is in fact redundant! 
It’s the same as saying “1932 1932 coupe”
