"Bullet-proof" throw bar (MarkII)

Hi all, Since all my “standard issue” turnouts have solid rail points, I was contemplating a still more solid throw bar … The PC board is wider, square brass tubing is epoxied to the bottom to reinforce it, brass wire is shaped in a “L” and serves as reinforcing pins to secure the points

The points are soldered to the PC board as well as the pins, I use the Dremel cutting disc to shorten the pins and clean up the rail. No, the point rail doesn’t rely on good mechanical contact to the stock rail for power; all turnouts are wired “DCC-friendly”.
