Bulkhead and pipe load

Earlier this year I got a bulkhead flatcar with only one bulkhead , so I cobbled one from some plywood and plastic , and added some grab handles I had lying around. Painted both so they looked the same , but it was missing a load , and I had thought about buying some plastic pipe to fill the car.
At an estate sale today I saw 8 pieces of metal path light stands for $2.00 couldn’t pass up the deal, about 2 hours of cutting drilling and some Hobby Lobby necklace chain and for under $48.00 total I have a bulkhead flatcar with a load

Nice work Pete.

A good looking load. I had to look close for the homemade bulkhead. You did a fine job replicating it.

10 ft rule , Todd!! I really should have spent a little more time getting the braces flat , they have a little arch in them that stands out to me, plus I need to spray some flat clear on them to kill the shine. But maybe they are shop made new! LOL!
