When does the ten dollar contest begin?
It’s Shawn’s turn to issue the build challenge this year. I can’t wait to see what he comes up with.

Here’s comes trouble! Maybe I can get mine finished before the deadline this year!
Can partially-completed-then-shelved projects count? I have several I really should finish…
i definitely will not take part. i still did not finish the january 2011 contest building.
Bob McCown said:Just "several"? I have.... at least a dozen - probably 15. But I recently DID finish 2, and am actually working on 3 more.

Mik hereby issues a mini challenge! Finish one OLD project by New Years Day! Winners get to start the new year with one less albatross!

Oh boy! Hey John M. You gonna build something this year?
I have enough inventory to build a modular diorama. I have been stock piling stuff for the winter.

Well I do have my new saw and a bunch of scrap wood laying around.
I’ve been following Mik’s example and collecting “stuff.” Maybe I’ll get to use some of it!

I vote for a kitbash/scratch rolling stock project - anything started since Christmas 2011 would qualify [gives me a leg-up having a couple of weeks into my boxcar bash/build]
I think I will let someone else do this one. I have too many things to finish up to even think about a challenge. Its up for grabs
