That car has met it’s final destiny and was a good test ground and major learning experience for me anyway!

I like it. Looks really nice with the Superliner.

Dang dog chewed up my New Bright Volvo rig so I disassembled it and made use of one item… threw the rest of the pieces in one of my parts box.

Whoa, is that superliner a great trains or scratch built?? (I asked you that on another forum??)

Very nice. I’ve been watching for some Amtrak cars and picked up a couple of older Aristo’s. I couldn’t find any LGB reasonably priced. I guess I’ll have to save up a thou for some someday, or wait for some new cars from someone??

Nice trains you’re building!

There are other train forums?

The Supers are all scratch built by David…aka Rooster. You won’t find them anywhere else. He’s got quite the bragging rights for 1:29 scale Amtrak.

Look around on this site and you’ll find many photos of his Superliners, and even an F40!

A different forum left me grumpy every time I went there. At the least, this forum has me smiling!

How far east ?

Far enough away that the Susie-Q and Juniata Rivers protected me from the fall out? :-p Round about 130 rail miles east of Altoona.
