Build pics in Albums

Hi all,

I put some pics of my builds over the last couple years in the Albums section. I’ll add more after I find them and dust 'em off.

Some nice looking stuff in there John, and a lot of it too. You’ve been busy ;]

Yah, Jon, I need to find a hobby! I thot I was retired.

I’m already planning a new build. It’s a disease.

And the best part…no known cure for it…

More like an addiction, after further self diagnoses. If I ain’t building something, I go nuts. (Mostly there already, so it doesn’t take much.)

When I run out of my own cash stash for materials, I’ll start scrounging thru drawers and the wifes purse for cash…

Then I’ll start selling off all my 1/24, 1 22.5, 1 29, for pennies on the dollar. Then sell my hot rod. Then…

REally nice stuff there John. Looking at some of the pictures do you have more of the layout? I’m new enough that I have never seen any if you’ve posted them in the past.

They’re all beautiful…I really like the water service car. Do you know why it is structured that way with the extra “roofing” or whatever it’s called on top?

Nice work John…I hope to be able to do work like you, Rooster and,it seems, many others here at some point…have a few albums my self of my first build and my first assist, feel free to check them out

again…really nice work

Later All Gerry

John,

The prototype was built out of an old D&RGW passenger car. The raised roof was the Clerestory.

I omitted the windows in my model. Too many to build.

Putting them all in an album sounds like a good idea. I’ll be scoping it out, John!
