Does anyone ever have ANY project where there isnt something that is not right/gone awry? All my house projects are that way. My eye goes right to the mistakes, even though nobody else will notice them.

Yea, no kiddin…and they look glaringly obvious, too…(http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

“How can you not see that piece of crooked trim?”

Well, yea. But the 10 foot rule is rule one here. And I am going to print up directions to Daniel’s Hardware for the rivet counters. They can use the rivet counters skills and talents down at Daniel’s.

Got back home and just had to put this outside. It looks a lot better in natural light…

Bruce, looks great. The tower came out perfectly. I like the color too. What did you use for roof material? Trying to find something suitable for my Silverton City Hall project.

Yup, looks good. I see that you still haven’t trimmed the roof over the freight door.

Rich,

I got the roof from Ozark Miniatures - it’s Precision Products painted with Sophisticated Finishes Platinum. I am VERY impressed with how well it does outside.

Yeah. When I built it, I really didn’t accommodate for the turret and had to add a bit…You’re probably just standing too close. (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-embarassed.gif)
