Hi, I’m looking for photos or drawings of real bridges built like this one, been all over the web {the boss is pissed} and can’t find any. Can you help? Thanks, Dennyhttp://
Welcome Dennis,
Not sure what your asking?
If you want to model it, I feel you have a fine example of a simple truss bridge already posted. Can I ask what your planning?
I’m thinking of building one but would like to see some more examples before I start so I don’t wind up doing it several times.
That looks like it is based on a King Post Truss bridge.
Google “King Post Truss bridge” images.
Dear Denny,
Welcome.
Here is a link to a listing of books and mags on the subject:

Yikes ! Consider yourself lucky the boss is only mad at you. I’ve seen someone fired over it. Avoid the temptation at all costs. Remember the use of that computer can be monitored by another computer in the system.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Joe Satnik
Edit: added “Welcome”
Thanks all, knowing the proper name made my search much easer. I found many images with different views and details. I guess I really just needed the name of the type of bridge. Anyway I’ve got a better idea how to build the thing! Denny

I’ll post some photos when I get started but it may be awile, just getting ready to start digging for the pond. At the rate I work I probably won’t be able to lay more track till spring! Took me three months to set up a temporary loop. Time and money can sure slow you down
This is the future bridge site. Just got the pond liner today.
