Need to make a bunch of strap steps as per Bruce’s method, 1/32" X 1/8" strips. Even got Bruce’s little jig made up ready for the material. Tried all the usual places, McMaster, Hobbylinc, etc, etc, etc. No luck. Anybody know of a source?
What? No strips? Everyone needs those strips.
Hobbylinc says they have it: http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/k+s/k+s15026.htm
Thanks Bruce! Was on their site and typed in brass strips, everything down to 1/4", but no 1/8" came up. But there they are, what’s with that.
Thanks
Ahhh, I see they call it flat bar and not strips.
Hahaha. I’ve done that too many times myself. They’re search facility never gives me what I want.
I better go change my article!
Try Caboose Hobbies.
K&S Engineering products.
Thanks John
Search thingies almost never find what I’m after. I can never make the concordance in my Bible work either.
I have never seen Brass Strip? Is this a Vegas act or something?
Yes! Allie Brass is quite risque. Her sister Nana Brass is more reserved. Both are real strips though and they become easily attached to Army solders.
Rather than contacting K & S, try Special Shapes, they have more items listed, but more important they ship what K & S sells.

I was really surprised that my local hardware store carries the K&S stuff.
