Im looking for brass detail parts (like tools ect) for my live steam forney. I know there are dealers online but I forget who sells brass detaile parts. Any help would be great thanks.
Shawn,
I usually use Trackside Details here in California. Beautiful castings. Very detailed.

Thanks Gary that was the site I was looking for.
I’ve had an order ready for Trackside Details for six months but had a question and after emailing them several times I gave up!
The web site has two catalogue/ordering methods — both worth a look. The illustrated portion has page after page of intricate 1:20-1:24 loco and rolling stock parts photographed clearly. In addition, a master list. Are all the items actually held in inventory or made-to-order?
With that elaborate effort, I am surprised Doug didn’t get a response.

I have been dealing with David for over ten years now and he has always answered within a day or two.
I’m glad to hear the good reports. I figure I will try again after the first of the year. The question I had was about one of the parts. I’ll probably just call him.
