Brand new aristo craft rs-3 one truck dead

just bought and got of e bay a b and m rs-3 just spent 4 days building a g gage layout on a trestel so finley got to try it . the front truck works but the rear one don,t so it would not move .just speen front wheels . i wolder if the wire to rear truck came loose inside . i then tested it in box with jumper wires , unit will run front truck with power put to rear wheels (both sets )with jumper wires and run with junpers to front truck but only frist set of wheels not 2ed set on front truck. any ideas???

It could be one or more wheelsets reversed. Try to notice if they rotate in the same direction. If same direction, the second pickup section is broken. It sounds like something inside, though, like a loose/broken pickup wire.
Try dropping it from around 3 feet, that may solve the problem.
I just had 2 diesels at a show that ran away from each other, or towards each other. Hmm, one of these is wired opposite of the other. oh well, another Wintertime project!

The Aristo bricks have two sets of leads. One from the power pick-ups one from the motor. The motor one could have simply become dislodged.
