I’m selling a boxcar I built from an old kit. Well it was kind of a kit, a couple of major component pieces and the rest scratch built. It is all wood- ply, scribed basswood and balsa with metal & plastic detail parts. It has Bachmann archbar trucks with metal wheels and KD 821 couplers. I’ve given it a primer coat of Krylon ruddy brown. This color works by itself or can be just a primer coat. Details include all the ladders, steps, uncoupling levers metal brake wheel, door latches and some under body components. It measures just over 13" long, 3 3/4" wide and 3 5/8" high. I think it was originally a gauge 1, 1/32 scale, kit. It will fit 1/29 scale with no problem. I’m modeling in 1/20.3 scale and this car is just too small to fit in my scheme.
