That’s pretty cool Cale… How did you apply the lettering and billboard type logo?..
that was there from the original owner, seems to be a self-printed water-slide sprayed over with clear…I’m sanding in hopes of sliding off soon!.
Cale, that would look nice behind one of my live steamers;)
Never too late Cale, I just did one last summer and may do another later this year
Looks good can’t wait to see the final
my parts bin is minuscule…any ideas on search terms to use for things such as Radiators or Air-Tanks…finding nothing?
Will that boxcab be used to transport product from the NRA? it looks as rugged and armored as the building.
Why not make your own detail parts. cut dowels for the tanks or do you like cigars? Use the tubes they come in.
On my MAC build you can see the tanks made from dowels. I used a bent finish nail for the fill. The radiator is hard to see but it is painted black with a metal grid over it. The grid came from a piece of drywall cornerbead. If you can’t find parts I say make them yourself.

Great Inspiration! Thanks Todd
I used some brass rod for mine.
Then built a box and put some screen in front of it… I didn’t model the turns as you can’t see them anyway.
