From a suggestion on this list awhile back, we rented “Bound For Glory” the 1976 Woody Guthrie story. Absolutely great railroad shots and a good story to boot. About 1/3 of the way through the movie you see a major gaff as the nose of an SD40 is seen in the distance, next to the steamers. It only last a few frames, but it certainly is there. Enjoyable use of a couple of hours.
And when you are operating on CCRy, you can be bound for Glory - that is the stock yard and slaughter house is located. There is also a Passenger Station there as well. It is at the end of a brianch line with a turntable to turn rod locos.
