Bluestone Southern's Ops Sept 23-24

The first of Bluestone Southern’s fall operations weekend is the 23-24 of September…

There is no track power… All battery or Live Steam, provided the live steam can
be remotely controlled, as there are place where a person can not get to the
engine real fast.

Operations are from Noon till 5 pm each day, Saturday and Sunday…

An RSVP would be great, but not required…

Andy, and Jane;
I hope you have good weather, moderate temperatures, GREAT fun, Happy operators…and all the good things you hope for, on your operating days.
I really wish I could be there…

Diamond is at the very bottom of the picture…

Evansville cleanup train heading back to the Bluefield freightyard on the
Hilltop Sub as the power has already passed the town of Overlook…
Was an impressive train with 26 freight cars…

Train on top is on the Hilltop Sub, and the train below is on the
Evansville Western (EVWR) tracks heading into Woodlawn…
The middle track is also EVWR trackage… The EVWR is actually
a 124 mile run from Evansville Indiana to Okawville, IL

And that concludes the pictures from the Sept Ops…
