Andy,

What a beautiful home and layout! Might you share a drawing of your layout, it looks to be huge?

Michael

Michael, I’ll get a pic of the current track plan for outside and get it posted here…

Had pictures of it, but I can’t access them, so I’ll get a new picture…

Andy

I kind of would like to see a forum page for layouts, either drone pictures or overall views, or even like garden railways did and a drawing of the whole thing.

if a layout is as big as the Bluestone Southern, you can see it on Google Earth. It would be up to Andy to give out the coordinates. I’m not touching that

Here’s a shot from Google Earth…

Thanks Andy… Google Earth confirms its a BIG layout! I’m in the planning stage for a large layout, its great to see what others have accomplished.

Well, I’m not sure it’s LARGE. HUGE seems to be a better term…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-foot-in-mouth.gif)

Plus there’s MORE in the basement!

It’s a lot of fun to operate on. I’m not sure how many diesels Andy owns, but I’m betting it’s A LOT!!! Also, notice the “little” tractor in the upper left corner below - it has probably helped a bit…

Cousin Matt operated that consist 1 handed !

hahaha! Not by my own choice. lol!

Such a great time running trains again. Thanks to everyone that helps put these operating sessions on! So much fun!!

The track plan:

The larger black lines in the lower left are the basement walls… The inside tracks are way out dated, but the outside

track plan is accurate… Yeah the wording is a bit fuzzy, but readable… Look at the words thru fuzzy eyes… (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

Andy,I am looking at the diagram and have a question, to get to the Freeman spur does a train have to back out of the basement then loop around to the right side of the diagram or can you head straight out and loop around Nashville . Oh wait never mind I see what I thought was the track isn’t . Hope to one day make a trip there ! You are right about the fuzzy eyes!!!

Don’t worry Pete, you’ll still end up getting lost.

Just ask Matt…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
