Bluestone Southern Op's 10-15-16

My first time running a train at the Blusestone Southern!! I found out pretty quick that it was too hard to video and run my train at the same time. At least for my first time out. So, this video only shows about 1/4 of what the local I was in charge of had to accomplish. It was SO MUCH FUN!

Thanks for the video Matt, looks like a lot of fun.

Great video Matt. Sure brings back some great memories - I love MCL2 as you cover so much of the layout. We couldn’t make it this year; hopefully we’ll be back NEXT October.

THANKS!!

I loved running that train. I got to travel the whole layout. I think by the time I left Evansville, and made my stops, then returned home to Evansville it took about 2 hours. When I got done, I wanted to go again! That was like my disney world!

I didn’t realize my video’s that I was shooting at that time were turning out o.k. I couldn’t see the screen, so I just figured they were crap and gave up. Plus, I had a lot going on. Next time I’ll try and video the entire job.

Bruce, you both were missed… Hope Jean’s foot is healing well…

Just so you know, there is now an MCL-1 and an MCL-2… Have to make the branch line earn it’s keep… (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-sealed.gif)

MCL-1 works Nashville, Addieville and woodlawn… 13 Covered hoppers and 3 boxcars.

MCL-2 works Sparta and Okawville… 15 Covered hoppers & 2 boxcars.

I may have a shot of Matt scratching his head out Oakaville…
