Andy and Jane are working hard to prep the Bluestone Southern for the Gateway Garden Railroad Club monthly meeting, this coming Sunday, October 10, 2010. Wonder what will happen at 10 seconds after 10 minutes after 1000 on the tenth day of the tenth month, October in 2010? Probably something different that the 10 day of the tenth month of 1010, but that didn’t have pictures taken for historical accuracy. Actual club meeting starts at 1400 (2 pm for the civilian population). Anyway the weather is great, the railroad is really shaping up and if you ask Andy, real nice, he’ll probably let you join in the fun at their house. Contact Andy about directions and admission charges.
I can charge admission???
Its a great layout and on 10/10/10 it will get just what it needs a STEAMER running on it.
We have a great day starting here in Southern Illinois. On 10/10/10 at 10 minutes and 10 seconds after 10, there will still be at least 10 things to do to get ready for the number of people coming this afternoon and we hope the number of people can be divided by 10. Andy and Jane have been working real hard to have everything ready. Should be a great day and hopefully we can get at least 10 pictures posted.
I’m glad it’s all in 10’s as I know Dad can’t count any higher than that!
Will expect pictures this evening
