Evenin’, John - I’m building a set of MoW cars, and have so far finished off the flat plus removable gondola body car [using about 600 of mrs tac’s dressmaking pins cut down to a suitable length…shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh], and also a work caboose - both lack steps, brake standards brake pipes/glad-paws and a few doo-dads like cut-levers and so on. I’ll be making a wheel transporter car next, prolly, when i get some more trucks to put underneath 'em. Truth to tell, the wood bits are the easiest - what’s hitting us now is the v poor exchange rate and the AccuCraft trucks I like to use are now almost double what they were a year or so ago. Try getting ahold of them, too. Nodoby over here has them, but then, with a choice of one dealer, that’s not difficult to understand.
I might just be pursuaded to send a few pics to a friendly poster [hi there, Ken], but they ain’t nuthin’ special to look upon, y’know? Not much of a show-and-teller, me.
