What is the best paint to use for painting plastic rolling stock? (brush painting not spray painting.) I have several iron mountain ore cars and side dump ore cars that need paint (they look brand new, not acceptable!)

Badger Model Flex and Testor’s Polly Scale are the two I’ve used the most and never had a problem with either.
I’ve used the craft store acrylics to some extent for weathering and general trashiness…requires thinning to airbrush but with a good ol fashioned broom they are fine…
Charley, are you running your stock indoors or outdoors? Also, how matte or glossy do you want the surface?
